Who we are
This is Equilora!
The word Equilora combines equity, signifying inclusivity and fairness, with aura, a prestigious and empowering presence, suggesting a radiant force that brings people together, uplifts them, and creates a balanced, empowering community.
Equilora is organized by TC Group, the corporate body behind Tancell Care and APC.
Our combined mission is to deliver excellence in service and individualized care for persons with disabilities, while enhancing their overall quality of life. We believe that everyone deserves the chance to reach their greatest potential and to feel included as a valuable member of their community.
Our priority is for our participants to gain the independence and skills necessary to live fulfilling lives. We strive to empower our participants, their families, and support systems and promote all-around equality.
Who we serve
In broad terms, we serve individuals that have been diagnosed with intellectual, developmental, and/or physical disabilities. This may include: Behavioral Disorders, Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities, Dual-Diagnoses, Co-occuring Conditions, Medical Challenges, Traumatic Brain Injury, and more.
The population we serve is made up of inspiring individuals who we know can thrive if given the proper support, care, opportunities to gain skills, and platforms to showcase what they are passionate about and are able do.
The individuals we serve rarely get the opportunity to truly shine so we are here to provide the light to do so.
